Ravi Kant has practiced across various Courts of Law in Allahabad, New Delhi and Bombay with almost seven years of litigation and dispute resolution experience with sound and considerable exposure in inter alia commercial disputes.Acquired extensive experience drafting and representing clients at both the Original and Appellate sides mostly in Criminal Laws, Debts Recovery Laws (SARFEASI ACT), Service law, The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Environmental law, Arbitration and Conciliation Laws, Consolidation of Holdings Act and Writs jurisdiction. Further, gained invaluable experience while working with the offices of Standing Counsel for the State of Mizoram, Senior Advocates and other eminent empaneled Advocates before various Hon’ble High Courts as well as Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
