JYOTI PATRI

Mr. Patri primarily focuses on the area of litigation pertaining to commercial matters, real estate, recovery, arbitration and consumer matters. He has avidly helped clients to formulate legal strategies to avoid future disputes and is involved in client negotiation, mediations and out of court of settlement. Mr. Patri has travelled extensively across the country and has appeared before the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Madras High Court and Bombay High Court. He is an expert in drafting and formulation of conveyance instruments and has successfully provided legal opinions to clients on complex legal issues.

Mr. Patri has worked and advised for clients such as Sahara India Parivar, Bayaweaver Projects, Starcon Infra, Camfil and JBB Infrastructures, who are based out of Delhi NCR region. Further, he has worked for clients and PSU’s such as OCPL, IOCL, IMFA, HDFC Bank, Vodafone India Ltd., JSW, etc. His clientele comprises of both individuals as well as MNC’s.
