Amitabh has graduated from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow (2013) and has been practicing at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Delhi District Courts and various Tribunals, in and around New Delhi. He has a wide-range of experience in handling matters relating to Commercial, Civil and Criminal Litigation, besides advisory and opinion related work.
Amitabh has experience across a wide range of disputes both of a general commercial nature as well as public disputes. His area of expertise ranges from dispute resolution, including arbitration and commercial litigation to defending litigants against allegations involving offences related to white and blue-collar crimes. Amitabh is also involved in advising clients in strategizing and undertaking a variety of civil, commercial and corporate litigations, arbitrations and service matters.

• Represented a leading Film Production house in Insolvency proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi.
• Represented a leading Air charter company in Recovery proceedings and Appeals against Arbitral awards before District Courts of Delhi.
• Represented various Clients in a Murder trial of a Liquor Baron before the Delhi District Courts, High Court and the Supreme Court of India in an issue regarding confrontation of previous statements of a witness.
• Represented a government body in Arbitration proceedings regarding a Dispute of Royalty for patenting products for commercial exploitation.
• Represented various Indian Logistics Companies& a German Logistics Company in Recovery Proceedings, Dishonour of Cheque and Consumer cases before District Courts of Delhi and Consumer forums, Delhi.
